wmosest Kampala, Uganda’s capital city is experiencing the effects of a long dry spell that hit the country at the beginning of the year 2011.
Currently many of the city’s suburbs are experiencing clouds of dust in the air summed with hot temperatures.
This has come along with implications to the health of city dwellers.
